Terms and Conditions
The prices in EUR displayed in the web shop does not include VAT. When importing Ganodex products, VAT may be added to the total price by local customs.
Payment is by credit card only. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Orders are normally shipped by post one day after receipt of order.
Return of Goods:
To return goods please contact customer service at +47 45 81 91 91 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending. Please ensure that the returned goods are marked with the given goods return number. This will ensure efficient processing. Goods that are returned without prior agreement are normally not accepted. The goods must be returned within the original packaging/envelope. Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. Goods returned without the vendor having accepted responsibility for the return is at the expense and risk of the purchaser.
Right to refund:
In addition to the normal rights of refund, as a customer you can return the goods within 10 days of receipt. Please note that postage costs are not refunded for any returns if you use your right to return the goods within this deadline.
If a product has been damaged during transport or is faulty you have the same rights as in standard shops. A two year guarantee operates if the tube is unopened. For goods that are returned the customer must pay the postage but will receive a full refund when the returned goods have been processed and the fault verified.
NB: Goods returned COD will not be collected.
